We were brought on to transform this new construction mid rise, white box condo into a personalized, design-forward home for a couple ready to leave behind their previous compartmentalized home for this open, sunlit haven. With spectacular city views and abundant natural light, the blank canvas offered the perfect opportunity to create a luxury condo interior that balances urban sophistication with comfort.

Our approach focused on high-impact design interventions—a color drenched foyer embraces the visitor, while a striking stone backsplash anchors the kitchen, adding drama and visual interest. Throughout the home, we layered in plush, luxurious textiles and rich finishes to bring in warmth, texture, and depth. These carefully curated details elevate the space, transforming it into a modern condo interior that feels both inviting and expressive. We also collaborated closely with the homeowners to curate a modern art collection, selecting pieces that add color, meaning, and a deeply personal touch to the space.
