Architectural Designer (Architectural Staff Level I)


Full time opportunity for a designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional studio setting. This opportunity will provide exposure to a variety of project types, including mixed-use multi-family developments, office interiors, and a variety of hospitality driven projects. The position will work directly with Senior Designers and Design Principals as part of a multi-disciplined design studio.

Responsibilities would include (but not limited to):

  • Assist with research and documentation of project related requirements including building technologies, material systems, and municipal regulations.

  • Support with development and production of drawings and related project documentation from Schematic Design through to Construction Documentation. This includes 3D design, presentations, drafting, and material selections.

  • Collaborate with design team members and consultants.

  • Assist with Construction Administration tasks throughout construction of the project.


Applicant should meet the following criteria:

  • Professional degree in Architecture with exemplary academic design skills.

  • 3 years or more of full-time post-graduate experience working in commercial and/or residential design.

  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite applications (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

  • Working knowledge of Bluebeam Revu preferred.

  • Excellent research and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to communicate regularly with staff and leadership throughout every project phase.
