Construction is officially underway! We've broken ground on a new two-story, 14,250-square-foot medical office building in Chicago's Garfield Ridge neighborhood, bringing expanded healthcare access to a growing community. The building is growth-minded from the ground up — anchored by a dedicated medical suite for a longtime neighborhood doctor, with a full additional floor designed for future healthcare providers. Together, they position the campus to grow into a comprehensive destination for specialized care as community needs evolve.

Every design decision here is driven by the patient experience. Expansive windows are being engineered to flood the interior with natural light, while biophilic design principles bring a calming connection to nature into every corner of the building. Durable, honest materials and thoughtfully planned spaces are coming together to create an atmosphere of safety, tranquility, and healing for patients, families, and caregivers alike.
Sited on Harlem Avenue, just south of I-55, the building focuses on easing access and creating a welcoming experience for patients and staff from the moment they arrive. Ample vehicle and bicycle parking, plus easy connections to both Pace and CTA bus routes, make the facility accessible to the entire neighborhood it serves.

Foundations were poured this April, and the project is on track for completion in early 2027. We're proud to partner with our clients to build healthcare environments that meet today's needs while strengthening the community for years to come. Stay tuned as we share construction milestones and progress updates throughout the build.
