Located near a university, Pho 55 was conceived as a restaurant that would be great for casual lunch as well as an elevated evening destination, appealing to local students, faculty and longtime residents alike.  

Inspired by an aerial photograph of Vietnamese rice paddies, we anchored the room with a large mural, creating a centerpiece for the dining room and a cultural link for the fresh, 

pho-focused menu.
