We're excited to announce the start of construction on a new two-story, 14,250-square-foot medical office building in Chicago's Garfield Ridge neighborhood. Conveniently located on Harlem Avenue, just south of I-55 and north of Archer Avenue, the facility will provide easy access for patients and staff alike with ample vehicle and bicycle parking, as well as convenient access to both Pace and CTA bus routes. 

 

This project represents more than a new building, it's an investment in the future of healthcare for the Garfield Ridge community. Designed to meet the growing needs of local residents, the facility will expand access to high-quality care while creating a welcoming, patient-centered environment that reflects the evolving standards of modern medical practice. 

 

The new building will become the expanded home of Women's Health Group, a longstanding and trusted provider of gynecological and OB/GYN services in the community. The larger, purpose-built facility will allow the practice to increase patient capacity, enhance the patient experience, and continue delivering compassionate, comprehensive care for generations to come. 

 

With approximately 11,500 square feet dedicated to patient care, the building has also been thoughtfully planned to support future growth. An additional floor of tenant space will provide opportunities for additional healthcare providers to join the campus, expanding access to specialized medical services and creating a more comprehensive healthcare destination for the neighborhood. 

 

Every aspect of the design has been guided by the patient experience. Expansive windows introduce abundant natural light throughout the building, while biophilic design principles foster a calming connection to nature. Durable materials, comfortable spaces, and thoughtful planning work together to create an atmosphere of safety, tranquility, and healing for patients, families, and caregivers alike. 

 

Construction began in April 2026 and is anticipated to be completed in early 2027.
