Located in the River North Art District, an eclectic, creative crossroads packed with restaurants, art galleries and entertainment. RiNo is home to 3900 Blake Street, a 390,000 sq ft high-rise, multi-family residential tower with 270 units and a ground level restaurant ready for occupancy. Materials such as brick, oxidized steel, and zinc panels at the building’s base pay homage to the area’s industrial past.

 

Metal and wood elements are continued on the tower’s façade. The building is complete with state of the art, sustainable amenities and systems for the residents’ consideration

​The envelope utilizes dynamic balcony orientations for optimized solar shading, offers unique viewpoints of the river and Denver across all dwelling units.
