A multi-family mixed-use building with 30 dwelling units, and ground level commercial tenant space. The proposed building will be seven stories in height with surface parking and public/private plaza space. Goals of the development are to create a universally inclusive, equitable, and sustainable development that serves the community needs and respects the neighborhood culture and history. The development team is committed to creating a built environment that deploys universal design to deliver a building that enables and empowers a diverse population by improving human performance, health and wellness, and social participation.

The building will be fully accessible for all ages and all physical abilities. Furthermore, principles of the WELL Building Institute and PassiveHous are to be incorporated by the project team to ensure that the proposed development is carefully designed to deliver a building with more thoughtful and intentional spaces that enhance human health and well-being, as well as being a sustainable building that attains a quantifiable and rigorous level of energy efficiency within a specific quantifiable comfort level.
