Ziolkowski has more than 15 years' executive-level experience, both as an Architect and Developer, in the development, design, construction and commissioning of large-scale and specialized projects, including numerous professional sports facilities (such as the Seattle Mariners' Safeco Field), corporate headquarters (including AT&T Corporate Center in Chicago), residential complexes (notably, U.S. Embassy Housing in Tokyo), and one of the most successful convention center developments in the nation: McCormick Place South.

Ziolkowski has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois, and is licensed in Wisconsin. His affiliations include the American Institute of Architects.
