James M. Damato, AIA, oversees the implementation of our corporate facilities planning, design and program management services. In this capacity, Damato directs our internal program management teams. He also serves as the project team leader overseeing pre-design, design, contract documentation, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities, on major projects for select clientele. His proven ability to analyze project solutions based on their return on investments, as well as to implement logical project decision making methods has enabled our most prestigious clients to effectively reach their project goals.

Damato has worked on a wide range of projects including new construction and complex building retrofits for commercial, institutional and residential clients. He also has worked closely with several office development firms as the tenant development architect on several noteworthy projects; Stein & Company's Arborlake Center and AT&T Corporate Tower, and North Suburban's Edens Corporate Center. In addition, for the last 10 years Damato has worked with Health Care Service Corporation and BlueCross BlueShield on the development of Regional Claims Centers, Operating facilities, and has served as owner's representative and program manager for the development of BlueCross BlueShield's headquarters buidling located at 300 E. Randolph.
