AT&T Corporate Center, Chicago, IL

The development of the AT&T Corporate Center, a signature central region headquarters building, is one of the major projects in Vincent Ziolkowski's, commercial building experience. He served as senior project executive while at Stein & Company, managing the planning, regulatory compliance, affirmative action direction, and design and construction administration of this class A office tower.

Designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill as a blocklong, two-building complex, the AT&T Corporate Center features a granite-clad building exterior with a grand arcade connecting through a 16-story atrium to the adjacent USG Building. Two elegant public lobbies and a mezzanine-level lobby for AT&T, all richly patterned in marble with bronze, gold-leaf, and oak wood trim, are part of this dramatic 60-story corporate office building design.

Mr. Ziolkowski's close coordination with AT&T's executive assured a successful on-budget occupancy.
